Kennedy Nemier Insurance Agency made shopping for commercial insurance a piece of cake. Shopping for Commercial Insurance is my least favorite task of all. The part that is tasking in getting insurance quotes, is providing all the detail and getting bombarded with questionnaires to complete.Maritza G.
I contacted Lisa, none the less on 4th of July holiday, late morning early afternoon, it seemed like every agent was off or should have been off, there was no sense of urgency in getting a quote together, basically I was told to call back after the Holiday. There was a sense of urgency from my view, we were in the process of buying an existing business which required us to have all the insurance in place at time of closing.
She drove out to the site, collected the data, completed the questionnaire with my assistance (in my personal opinion this is how it should be done). Her response time, sense of urgency, human support was outstanding! In addition I did have two other agents that I have personally worked with that did not come close to level or service Lisa provided. Her turnaround time on the quotes was far better than the other agents, which leads me to believe the rapport she has with her contacts is just as strong as her rapport with new clients and I feel confident I could safely say with existing clients as well. Needless to say she was competitive and won my business from my existing agent.
I have also had the pleasure of working with Jennifer at the Kennedy Nemier Agency for my personal insurance needs. As I mentioned insurance is just something I don’t like shopping for. From start to finish she provided apples to apple quote, exactly what I asked for along with other options. I switched my personal insurance over to Kennedy Nemier primarily because of Jennifer. Pricing was far superior to what I was paying; generally I will contact other agents to get quotes for comparison. I opted not to, Jennifer was sincere and over the phone was able to give me the impression she had my best interest at heart, this level of a personal touch has been lost in business. Shortly after my policy was endorsed, I was involved in an accident and had to make a claim. Jennifer handled the claim efficiently and timely. In addition there was an item omitted from the repair facility, I was told to file a separate claim. Jennifer handled the situation and worked directly with the adjuster to get it added on, then followed up with the repair facility. I know I am in good hands when it comes to my insurance needs.
This level of service at the Kennedy Nemier Agency is outstanding; I have not experienced such quality of personal service in so long I actually forgot that it exists.
I would recommend Kennedy Nemier Insurance Agency over and over again for commercial and personal insurance needs.
